Setting up a session
Create a session from your dashboard, add your squad (paste a list or add players one by one), then share the RSVP link — no sign-up required for your players.
Connecting WhatsApp for live updates
From your session or league settings, pair your own WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code — this is optional, and it's a web-only step you do from a browser (see our Terms for how this works).

RSVPing to a session
Tap the link your organiser shares, select your name, and set a 4-digit PIN the first time — that PIN is all you need to respond to future sessions.
Claiming your Gaffer ID
After you RSVP, you can create a free account to keep your stats permanently and get a unique Gaffer ID — hand that ID to any organiser to get added to their squad instantly, no PIN required.
